The funding will provide free rides for low and moderate-income adults age 55 and over, as well as individuals age 18 and older with disabilities, in Hamilton and Clermont counties.
home52 Transportation serves individuals who require specialized transportation services that are not provided by traditional modes of transportation, such as public transit and rideshare services. Key features of home52 Transportation include door- through-door assistance, specialized vehicles, GPS tracking, pre-scheduled trips, and supportive drivers. This service enhances mobility and independence for older adults and individuals with disabilities, ensuring access to healthcare and community activities.
