Experience the home52 Transportation difference:

home52 Transportation stands apart from traditional transportation systems, such as public transit and rideshare services, which often fall short of addressing the unique needs of older adults and individuals with disabilities. home52 Transportation offers a variety of services to meet these riders’ unique needs, including:

  • Pre-scheduled appointments for medical, dental, vision, or mental health services
  • Same day “sick” visits for medical, dental, vision, or mental health concerns
  • Regularly scheduled appointments for chronic condition management (i.e. dialysis)
  • Pharmacy visits for prescription pickups
  • Transportation for wellness activities, grocery shopping, visits to farmers' markets, and community events (with same day availability coming soon)
  • Door-through-door service
  • Specialized vehicles with GPS tracking for enhanced safety
  • Friendly, mission-driven drivers
  • Communication with you and your appointment destination

Funding for home52 Transportation’s free services for low to moderate-income adults residing in Hamilton County was made possible in part by grants from Carol Ann and Ralph V. Haile, Jr. Foundation, Millstone Fund and a private family foundation.
