home52 Transportation provides same-day and advanced scheduled
transportation for riders who need specialized transportation services.
home52 Transportation is a service of Council on Aging's wholly-owned subsidiary, home52.
The home52 Transportation Difference
home52 Transportation provides a different transportation experience than traditional commercial, public transit and rideshare services. home52 Transportation was designed to support the unique transportation needs of older adults and adults with disabilities. Our service includes:
- Door-through-door service
- Same-day ride availability (not available in all areas)
- Pre-scheduled and next day scheduled rides
- Specialized vehicles
- Hands-on-assistance
- Live GPS tracking to minimize late arrivals and enhance safety
- Automated ride notifications so you will know when your ride is enroute to pick you up
- Friendly coordination center staff to help you schedule your ride and answer questions
- Communication with your destination if we are running late
Who Can Ride With home52 Transportation
We currently provide services in Hamilton and Clermont Counties in Ohio.
In addition, home52 Transportation serves:
- Older adults enrolled in certain Council on Aging programs (Hamilton County Elderly Services Program and FastTrack Home).
- Low to moderate income older and/or disabled adults who qualify for transportation services provided by grant funding (Note: home52 actively seeks grant funding to help remove transportation barriers for older and disabled adults.) - Private-Pay riders - Private Pay riders are required to have a credit card. Please call to schedule your ride at 855-546-6352 or click here to complete the registration form and e-mail it to us.

Service Hours
Our coordination center is open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. We are closed on holidays. Click here to view holidays. Pre-scheduled transportation is available beyond our coordination center hours. Please call us (855) 546-6352. We are happy to answer your questions.
